Welcome to Carebees (the "Website"). The Website offers environment for, and facilitates on-line connecting of care recipients and caregivers, and vice versa (the "Service"). The Website is operated by Carebees LLC ("Carebees"). Using the Website renders you the "User", the "Party", or the "Other Party" and constitutes your agreement with our Terms of Service (the "Agreement") and Privacy Policy whether or not you setup your “File”. If you object to anything in this Agreement or the Carebees Privacy Policy, you should not use the Website or the Service. The Agreement and Privacy Policy are subject to change by Carebees at any time, effective upon posting on the Website, and your use of the Service after such posting will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Introduction

Carebees respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through the Website only in the ways disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to information collected at Carebees Website.

Information Collection

Carebees collects information through the Website during File set up process.

Carebees keeps the content of Users’ Files. However, if you decide to delete your File, we only keep content that is not personally identifiable. We delete any and all personally identifiable data that is associated with your File such as your name, phone numbers, e-mails, username, and password, name of the care recipients (if you are looking for a caregiver), and link to your partner (if you are looking for a job as part of a couple). We collected this information through the File set up process.

We employ 2 kinds of cookies, small text files containing unique and encrypted identifier necessary for normal communication between your computer and our server. Cookies placed by Carebees expire when you quit your browser. Geolocation cookie, placed by Google Geolocation API we employ so that you can record your location and perform location based searches, expires in 4 weeks. None of the cookies collect nor store any personally identifiable information.

Information Usage

The information collected by Carebees is used solely for matching Parties which are using the Website and the Service, and for statistical evaluations targeted to improve the Website and the Service.

The personal contact information you provide in your File is made available on the Website to all Users who visit the Website, and implicitly claim to seek a working relationship with you as a result of your File being posted on the Website. No representations or warranties are made regarding the legitimacy of the claims of those who access your contact information. We encourage you to validate the identity of anyone who contacts you before making any commitments or arrangements.

Carebees may use personally identifiable information about you to deliver information to you that, in our opinion, may be useful to you such as Carebees news, the Website or the Service updates, 2-way Match updates, promotions, or other email notifications. Out of respect for the privacy of our Users we present the option to Users to deactivate their File at will (it can be re-activated by signing-in).

Carebees reserves the right to, and may be forced to disclose your personal contact information - if such information is still in our database - to assist law enforcement, prevent fraud and when subpoenaed by law to do so.

Carebees does not sell or rent or make your personal contact information in any way available to any third party without your prior explicit consent.

Content posted in your File is publicly accessible, and becomes public knowledge.

You may view, modify or delete (where possible) content in your File at your will.

We may offer links to other Web sites. When you click on links to external Websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Privacy policies of external sites are likely to differ from ours.
